在教育信息化、全球化背景下，国际合作与交流已成为促进教学科研进步的重要方法。中国教育部鼓励支持国际合作办学。共享教育因应教育新形势，创新合作新模式，设立了：“院校合作计划”（Global College Partnership GCP）。

计划内容包括：

    协助中外院校缔结合作协议，开展学分学历互认、合作办学和师生交流等项目；

    协助中方学校招收合作办学项目学生、来华留学生、外国访学师生及其教学管理工作；

    协助外方学校招收合作办学项目学生、中国留学生、中国访学师生及其教学管理工作；

    协助双方院校开展线上线下的国际会议、日常教研交流和师生交流活动。

   共享教育组成了以世界名校教授为主的合作项目遴选和学分认证团队，与全球100多所高校合作，通过数十种课程标准、学制合作模式帮助各国院校开展合作。国内专家团队为项目立项、报批、听证等各种申办手续提供全程服务。项目批准后，共享教育将协助提供整体教学方案设计、团队组建、招生和教学管理等各种综合服务。   

  根据院校需要，可以开展整校、学院、系/专业的合作办学，如：3+0、4+0、2+2、1+3、 3+1等专本合作，1+1、2+0 等硕博合作，3+1+1、1+1+2 等专本硕博连读合作。

  Against the backdrop of educational informatization and globalization, international cooperation and exchange have become pivotal drivers for advancing teaching and research excellence. In line with the Ministry of Education’s policy to encourage and support Sino-foreign joint school-running initiatives, Oneworld Education has innovated its cooperation models and launched the Global College Partnership (GCP) program.
Core Program Objectives & Services
  The GCP program is designed to facilitate comprehensive collaboration between Chinese and foreign educational institutions, with key services including:
Assisting in signing official cooperation agreements, and launching initiatives such as credit/academic credential recognition, joint school-running, and faculty-student exchange programs;
Supporting Chinese institutions in recruiting students for joint programs, enrolling international students in China, hosting foreign visiting faculty and students, and providing full-cycle management services;
Assisting foreign institutions in recruiting students for joint programs, enrolling Chinese students for overseas studies, hosting Chinese visiting faculty and students, and delivering tailored management solutions;
Organizing online/offline teaching，international conferences, regular academic and research exchanges, as well as faculty-student exchange activities for partner institutions.

Oneworld Education has established a dedicated Joint Program Selection & Credit Accreditation Team, composed primarily of professors from world-renowned universities. Partnering with over 100 institutions of higher education globally, we support educational entities worldwide in launching cooperation projects through dozens of curriculum standard alignments and academic system collaboration models.
Our domestic expert team provides end-to-end support for the entire application process—from project initiation and approval submission to public hearings. Post-approval, Oneworld Education offers a full spectrum of comprehensive services, including overall teaching program design, faculty team building, student recruitment, and academic management.
