香港大学夏校Introduction and practice on Artificial Intelligent and Internet of Things

This course will introduce concept of artificial intelligent, machine learning, Internet of Things (IoT) with hands-on practice to train AI model for image, audio and human posture classification using an on-line web service tool.

A set of IoT experiential kit will also be given to each participants for the hands on practice. The kit involves a microcontroller, circuit board and a mini LCD display. Students will learn how to set up the development environment with their own laptop and program the microcontroller for mobile control through Wifi and the web for the implementation of different IoT applications.

Students will also be inspired for technological entrepreneurship and work on a group project to design and innovate AI/IoT service or product for commercialization.

Certificate of Outstanding Performance will be issued to participants with outstanding performance in the course.
